All personnel connected in any way with cardholder data are required to complete the annual PCI Data Security Training in Bridge.
Departments may contact Mikeala Petersen, ITS, with a list of employees who require training if you'd like to request access for multiple individuals instead of submitting individual requests. Mikeala can also provide training completion reports to help departments verify compliance with this requirement.
Because individual merchant departments are best positioned to identify employees who are involved in card processing activities, responsibility for monitoring and ensuring completion of the training rests with each department.
