The University is classified a Level 3 merchant by our acquirer, Elavon. We must document our PCIDSS compliance with them annually. All of our merchants, approximately 65, must be compliant for the University to continue to offer payment cards as a payment option.
Documentation of the annual training requirements are to be retained by the individual merchants, but all other compliance documentation will be distributed, maintained and cataloged by the UNL PCI Team. Failure to submit documents in a timely manner will result in loss of merchant privileges. Required trainings and documentaions to remain in compliance include the following:
